Issuance Procedure
To ensure a smooth and transparent issuance of financial instruments such as SBLC, BG, and DLC, the following documentation and process flow must be adhered to.
Documents for Draft
• Filled-in Application Form (attached)
• Verbiage for SBLC & BG / Proforma Invoice for DLC
Documents After Draft Approval
• Trade License
• Shareholders List
• Passport copy of main applicant
• 3 years audited balance sheet
• 6 months latest bank statement
Collateral
No collateral is required for issuance.
Charges
Charges depend on instrument value, tenure, and issuing bank / financial institution.
Step-wise Issuance Process
Step 1
Upon receipt of all documents, we select the issuing bank / financial institution and prepare the draft for your review.
Step 2
You review the draft thoroughly. Any required amendments are incorporated. Signed and stamped draft confirms approval.
Step 3
Invoice for agreed charges is raised and payment is remitted against the invoice.
Step 4
After payment receipt, the issuing bank relays the instrument via SWIFT within 48–96 hours.
Step 5
Issued copy of the instrument is shared via email for your reference and records.
